Welcome to the central transfer hub of CRC1411!
CRC1411 has established a focal point for the transfer of CRC1411 research findings into real-life conditions. Together with partners from FAU Outreach (https://www.fau.de/outreach/), we explore all opportunities for collaboration with industry partners, startups and the larger innovation ecosystem.
Possibilities for collaboration are manifold and may include setting up DFG Transfer Projects in Collaborative Research Centres, technology transfer or service-oriented approaches. The DFG Transfer Projects serve to test the findings of basic research under real-life conditions or to develop them, in collaboration with an application partner, into a prototype or an exemplary application. Technology transfer does not only refer to invention and patent management but also to ongoing scientific training and advice on spin-offs or other such activities.. The overall objective of the transfer activities is for CRC scientists to work together with implementation partners based in Germany or abroad. The cooperation partners can be private or public users of various kinds.
