From 4 to 8 November 2026, CRC 1411 will be at the Consumenta in Nuremberg. On the FAU stand we invite visitors to join “Mission Butterfly Colour” (“Mission Schmetterlingsfarbe”), a puzzle game about colour in nature.
Murphy the butterfly wants to show off the new blue wings tonight. In the lab Murphy has developed a special nanostructure – but something went wrong, and the wings are still brown! Three clues are hidden in the lab notebooks of other butterflies. Players solve puzzles with colour filters, UV light and a rainbow puzzle to uncover the secret and help Murphy. The game, also known as “Help Murphy shine!” („Hilf Murphy zu strahlen!“), was already played by more than 1000 people at the Siemens Summer Fest in July.

Vom 4. bis 8. November 2026 ist der SFB 1411 auf der Consumenta in Nürnberg vertreten. Am gemeinsamen Stand von FAU und Ohm in Halle 1 („Spiel und Technik“) können Besucherinnen und Besucher täglich bei der „Mission Schmetterlingsfarbe“ mitmachen: Mit Farbfiltern, UV-Licht und einem Regenbogen-Puzzle gilt es, das Geheimnis um Murphys noch braune Flügel zu lösen.
