Early Career Support and Gender Equality Team

The mission of the representatives for gender, family and early career researchers is to ensure the effective implementation of all proposed measures to support equal opportunities, family-friendly policies and support of early career researchers. The team will also act as ombudspersons to advise, coordinate, support and defend anyone requiring help with gender, diversity or family-related problems. The team will coordinate the General Equality Pool budget, and, with the aid of specialised University Units, promote PR activities that discuss relevant problems and report on academic achievements associated with the progressive working environment created in this CRC.
